What a wonderful month I've had! September was my birthday month, as my boyfriend and friends know, it's basically a month-long celebration! I went on a couple mini vacations this month and celebrated not only birthday but one of my best friend's birthdays. So it was quite an eventful month for me and with many celebrations, comes celebratory beauty. From skincare products for preparation to skincare products for recovering from all the celebrating, my beauty closet has really exploded this month! Also, lot of new beauty bits ("for my birthday"*wink*wink) and celebratory makeup!

Also, it seems holiday releases are rolling out sooner and sooner! This month many brands rolled out their holiday collections. I don't know when mid-September suddenly became "holiday season" but apparently it is! Can we slow down the holiday releases? Halloween is a month away and we're buying holiday sets of makeup and holiday-inspired shades already!

SKINCARE

Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm - I love this cleansing balm! I usually buy makeup wipes for travel but since getting a travel size of this baby, this is all I use to remove my makeup! It takes off everything so gently and leaves my face feeling clean and soft! I also received the limited edition rose version, which honestly is to die for! The fragrance is sweet and luxurious making the cleansing experience even more wonderful! I have also been doing this new thing with my cleansing balms, which is using it as my sole morning cleanser. It is super gentle and hydrating plus the massaging motion helps with blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, making my face less puffy and gets my skin glowing in the morning! Check out my full review on the original cleansing balm here.

Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Wash - Speaking of glow, this gentle exfoliating cleanser is a great way to get your exfoliating in and make your skin super supple fast! Every time I cleanse with this face wash, my skin is baby soft and it feels incredible! If you have a more sensitive skin type that can't handle harsh exfoliants, you need to try this face wash! Check out my full review here.

Elemis Dynamic Resurfacing Facial Pads - There is nothing I love more in skincare than these chemical exfoliating pads! Seriously! These have transformed my skincare-game this year and my skin has never looked or felt better! These smooth out all texture and create the most supple texture to the skin! My skin looks and feels renewed every time I use them! I really can't get enough of them! They're so potent! Check out my full review here.

REN Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic - Clearly you're probably starting to see a trend now but I love anything exfoliating! My dry skin is always in need of a refreshing treatment and it also tends to get clogged quite easily because I like very rich products, over time that can cause a bit of build up in the skin. This gentle daily exfoliating toner is great for those who can't handle anything harsh and it really gives you such a beautiful healthy glow. Read my full review here.

Elemis Peptide-4 Night Recovery Cream Oil - This is a product I've really made a dent on this month and I was using consistently every evening. The cream oil formula blends into the skin so easily and beautifully without leaving a residue on the skin. It has the most relaxing floral fragrance that helps lull me to sleep but the best part is that is designed to work optimally while you sleep! You skin will feel so soft, supple, and hydrated in the morning! Check out my full review here.

La Roche Posay Cleansing Micellar Foaming Water - This is easily one of my most used cleansers this year! It lives on my bathroom counter because it is so light, gentle, and refreshing! After using my cleansing balm to remove my makeup, I go in with this foam cleanser to really get my skin clean but it never makes my skin feel stripped or dry! It is just so light and easy to use and I
m practically finished with this bottle!

Sheet Masks - Here I'm showing a Lancer sheet mask but really I can't stop using sheet masks! Especially since last month was my birthday month,  I spent it either trying to maintain really great skin fro celebrations or recovering from all the celebrating! It was quite an eventful month and when I got the chance, I loved being able to just chill with a sheet mask on and it really helped nourish my skin and keep it in good condition.

Mamonde Lip Sleeping Mask - This has been the only lip balm product that I have been reaching for lately and I've made a significant dent in mine! I think I'll need to get a new one before the year ends! This is a beautiful overnight lip treatment. It feels very balmy and plush on the lips. I slather on a thick healthy layer before bed and in the morning, my lips are ultra smooth and plush! Check out my full review for this product here.

MAKEUP

Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Sunshine Drops - Because I got so much sun this last month, this product came in handy. These super concentrated bronzing drops helped my foundations adjust to suit my skin tone and gave be a beautiful glow! I am a big fan of this product and it is well worth they hype it's been receiving! Check out my full review here.

La Prairie Skin Caviar Essence-in-Foundation - I have really fallen in love with this foundation since I bought it months ago. It just offers the most beautiful radiant finish to my skin and I often receive so many compliments on my skin when I'm wearing it. It had a beautiful coverage and the finish is just so unique. I think this may be my favorite cushion right now! Check out my full review here.

Tom Ford Traceless Touch Cushion Compact Foundation - I had to hunt this cushion down and while not necessarily worth all the trouble, I still really like this formula. This foundation provides and INSANE amount of coverage and when I mix it with my Drunk Elephant D-Bronzi, I love the finish it has on my skin. While it is a September favorite, I have a hard time recommending it because the shade range is horrible. You can read all about this foundation here.

Hourglass Ambient Unlocked Palette - This palette has been an essential in my routine since it was released! The shades are so beautiful and work so well for a medium skin tone. This also probably one of their glowiest palettes and I love that! I truly believe this is their best palette so far! If you'd like to see a full review and swatches click here.

Hourglass Scattered Light Eye Shadow - Sophisticated glitter is in and Hourglass nailed it! This pressed glitter add just the perfect amount of sparkle and shine to your eyes without looking tacky or causing glitter fallout! I am a big fan of this formula and I'm considering picking up the other shades! Check out my full review here.

Tom Ford Satin Matte Lipsticks - These comfortable and creamy matte lipsticks come in a beautiful shade range. If you love nude shades, they have many in this range and they're all very comfortable on the lips. Check out my full review here.

Tom Ford Soleil Lip Lacquers - A new release for this winter, these ultra hydrating and balmy lip colors offer a hint of color to the lips. These have an incredible texture and make your lips smooth and soft long after it wears off. I recommend grabbing some of the brighter shades in the collection because the nude shades sink into lip lines. Check out my full review here.

Natasha Denona Super Glow Highlighter - I haven't stopped using this highlighter since I bought it! It gives the most intense glow but it still has a very refined and smooth texture! It sits on the skin very beautifully without emphasizing texture but gives the most radiant glow. Think Becca Highlighters but more sophisticated. I received a ton of compliments on my highlight this past month.

Charlotte Tilbury Cheek to Chic Blush in Pillow Talk - I honestly don't know why she hasn't restocked this beauty because it is by far one of her best launches this year! This blush is the perfect blend of bronze, nude, and pink. It is unlike any neutral blush I own and I love the finish it gives my skin! IF you can hunt it down, I highly recommend it. Here is my full review.
