We are slowly getting to see what it would be like to have a full routine of just Augustinus Bader products with the latest release of The Cream Cleansing Gel. This new addition will complete your skincare routine. Augustinus Bader's famous The Cream and The Rich Cream now have a complementing product, a cleanser. I have my skepticism because it is quite pricey for just a cleanser; however, I am a big believer in the Augustinus Bader TFC8 technology. If you're obsessed with the Augustinus Bader Creams (full review here) as much as I am, you're going to want to keep reading this!

The Augustinus Bader The Cream Cleansing Gel retails for $65.00 USD and is available at Augustinus Bader and other retailers. This cleanser is packaged in a heavy and tall blue glass bottle with a copper pump top and copper cap. It feels as luxurious as it looks. It is heavy and significant in your hands. The pump is high-quality and allows you to control the amount being dispensed. 

This cleanser has a gel-cream texture and looks like a milky translucent color in your palms. I find one pump is perfect for cleansing my face, which is great because it is quite a pricey cleanser. The cleanser melts into the skin and barely lathers, you won't get a strong foaming lather but more of a creamy lather with very tiny bubbles. This cleanser feels creamy and luxurious on the skin. It really feels like you're cleaning your skin with a facial cream. 

This is not a makeup remover, it is a cleanser. I always recommend removing your makeup beforehand and use some sort of cleansing balm or oil to remove most of the makeup. I do notice that it will remove any remaining residue of makeup that I didn't know was there. For example, I used a makeup wipe to remove my whole face but when I used this cleanser, I saw a bit of foundation wash down my sink. 

As you massage the product around your face, you can feel your skin become softer and softer. When you rinse your face, your face feels so fresh and clean but not stripped or dry. Your face will actually feel EXTREMELY SOFT! This is a hallmark result of the Augustinus Bader formula. This is something you notice immediately when you use his face and body creams. It's actually amazing how quickly this cleanser works to treat the skin and soften it! It also gives your skin a very fresh glow, almost glass-like! 

I have never had immediate results from a cleanser and I am so impressed! This cleanser instantly makes your skin softer, more supple, and gives it a healthy glow. It really works well with the rest of the Augustinus Bader products. TFC8 - This little miracle ingredient is what makes this formula all worth it. TFC8 is Agusgtinus Bader's patented cell renewal complex that is packed with amino acids, vitamins, and nutrients to boost the natural cell renewal process in the body. This ingredient is also designed to help the skin better absorb product and nourishment from the rest of your skincare, which is why it is included in this cleanser. From my very extensive experience with this skincare range, this ingredient works! It really does help your skin look and feel fresh and renewed. It is the ingredient that I attribute to making your skin so supple and soft almost immediately after using the cleanser. 

Rose Flower Water - Rose is known as a natural astringent, which means it is excellent for balancing the pH of the skin, controlling excess oil, and it aids in the removal of dirt from clogged pores. It is also an anti-inflammatory ingredient, which is great for those with skin conditions or acne. Additionally, it strengthens the skin against free radical damage. 

Cucumber Extract - Known for being a strong anti-inflammatory, cucumber extract is excellent for soothing irritated skin and redness. It also a powerful antioxidant, which prevents environmental damage and aging. It is an astringent, which helped refine pores and reduces puffiness. Cucumber extract is also packed with a variety of minerals and vitamin c, all great for brightening the complexion and strengthening the skin.

Aloe Vera Leaf Juice - Ideal for soothing irritation and redness, aloe vera is a strong anti-inflammatory. It is also known to help reduce skin conditions that cause irritation. It is rich in antioxidants and vitamins that strengthen the skin's condition and prevent signs of aging. It is also a great skin hydrator, helping maintain moisture in the skin. 

This is a very luxurious cleanser from the packaging to the texture, you're getting the whole package! The large and heavy glass bottle dispenses the most luxurious creamy gel texture. I have never felt such an instant result with a cleanser before so, the feeling I get after using this cleanser is so impressive! It feels so gentle but it really does cleanse your skin. I never thought I would enjoy a cleanser as much but this one gives you such instant satisfaction because you can see and feel the results! Additionally, it feels extremely luxurious as you're using it. As you massage it into the skin, you can just feel your skin getting softer. I think this cleanser is excellent for all skin types and is an amazing addition to any skincare routine. 

Whether you're already a huge fan of the range or you're trying the brand for the first time, this will give you an extra anti-aging boost in your routine. While I love this formula and the results I have seen from using it, it is hard to recommend such an expensive cleanser. There are so many amazing cleansers on the market and the reality of it is, that you're only going to have the cleanser sit on your skin for a very brief time. I feel like it much more worthwhile to invest in one of his face creams or his new face oil because they will really make a difference in your skin over time. A cleanser can make a difference in your skin but in the long run, it won't make as big of an impact as a good cream or oil when it comes to anti-aging benefits. Overall, it is an amazing cleanser and if you have the money to dish out on a bottle, I highly recommend it. If you're wanting to get a taste of the Augustinus Bader formula, I just recommend actually getting the creams, they are life-changing!
