Ok guys, summer is approaching fast and we all want to be spending more on vacations and less on our makeup. This bronze beauty is not only incredibly beautiful, its incredibly affordable! I was very kindly sent this product complimentary from Octoly and Kokie Cosmetics. 

The Kokie Cosmetics Strobe Light Stick in Bronzed retails for $7.00* USD and is available at Kokie Cosmetics and Walmart (*price seems to vary by retailer). It costs $7.00!! Seriously this product is a steal because the formulation is beautiful! The product is conveniently packaged in a twist up stick with a little sponge sponge blender at the other end. I love products in stick form because they are so quick and easy to use! You simply draw the product on and blend with you fingers, a brush, or the included applicator! Although, if I'm being totally honest, the sponge applicator is not a great blending tool. I much prefer using my fingers or a brush to lightly buff the product out. Regardless of application method, these kind of products are such a time saver and are so great for travel! These Strobe Sticks currently come in 3 shades - Radiant, Splendor, and Bronzed. 

While this product is actually Kokie Cosmetic's highlighter formula, it is a bit too dark for my skin tone (MAC NC30-35 for reference) for that purpose however, it makes an incredible glowing bronzer! The shimmers are quite fine and not overly frosty, when blended out, it just provide a nice glow. The bronze shade is slightly red-toned giving that lightly flushed sun-kissed effect to the skin, that is so gorgeous. I think this color will work exceptionally well on fair skin tones as a blush, medium skin tones as a bronzer, and deeper skin tones as a highlighter! It is just so versatile and very pigmented. The texture is quite creamy but not overly emollient, so it doesn't move around on the face once it has been blended into place. It also offers a nice glow without a tacky or sticky texture to the face. 

I think this bronzer has the most beautiful color and just the perfect amount of warmth! The soft shimmers adds just the right amount of glow, without looking ridiculous or greasy. It has been a product that I have been turning to so often because it is so easy to use and quick to apply. It gives me a sun-kissed look in seconds and in the mornings, that is all I want! It brightens and freshens up my complexion and it lasts all day long! I often just place it over my base and I find it lasts 8+ hours but you can also lightly powder over it with a translucent powder and it will really lock it in place! With a touch of powder on top, it also makes the glow look even more natural and keeps the overall look looking fresher for longer! I don't have a problem with placing powder products over it. It doesn't cause uneven powder patches or weird texture at all! I often place a powder blush on top, it plays so well with a variety of products and textures. 

I can't recommend this product enough! For $7.00, you seriously can't go wrong! The color is a beautiful bronzed shade and will work for a variety of skin tones! The formula is a dream to work with and it lasts all day long! I must say, it is comparable to similar high end products that are coming out this summer!
