| Loves | December 2021 Beauty Favorites 

If there ever was a month to embrace sparkle and shine, it's December! With the holiday spirit flowing through me, I just can't resist all the sparkling eye products. Plus, these are pretty much the only products being released in the past two months. What another crazy year it has been, I'm looking forward to what the next year has in store for us all. Hopefully, only good things! I feel like I've closed out the year with some pretty solid and timeless favorites that will be staples in my collection for a long time. As always, I feel a little behind on writing reviews, the holidays are just so hectic. I promise I will be getting reviews for these products up soon! Hang tight! Hope you all have an amazing New Year and I can't wait to see what's to come! 

1. AURIC Smoke Reflect Cream + Powder Eye Shadow Duo - These shades are super festive for the holiday season but they are all so perfect year-round! I love the new olive and burgundy duos because the colors are so rich and vibrant. These new shades are so trendy but also classic. These are eyeshadows I will continue to reach for again and again. The topper shades are complex and look expensive. I love using them alone or layered over the creams. The cream eyeshadows are so luxurious and an effortless way to achieve a polished eye look. 2. Victoria Beckham Lid Lustre - I actually purchased two of the very first shades released of these back when the brand was first introduced and I really loved them. Since then, new shades have come out and since they had several holiday sales, I took the opportunity to pick some up! I have rediscovered my love for these sparkling eyeshadow pots. They have an ultra-creamy texture and glide on the eyes so easily. The shimmers are fine and sophisticated so, they work on everyone. The shades are complex and eyeshadows just layer so beautifully over all eyeshadows. I love using these alone, as much as I do with other eyeshadows. This is a luxurious formula that everyone will fall in love with. 

3. Victoria Beckham Future Lash Mascara - This mascara delivers a ton of length and definition to the lashes. The small curved spoolie wand perfectly fits the curve of the eye and eyelashes. It really combs through each lash, even my very fine lashes! It's a tubing mascara, which is why I purchased it in the first place because it is easy to remove but also long-lasting and gentle on the lashes. I've been using a lash growth serum and an at-home lash lift kit so, I wanted a mascara that would be gentle on my chemically-treated lashes but also display the beautiful length I have. Unfortunately, it doesn't add a whole lot of volume but if you love long the lengthening mascara or you already have a ton of volume to your lashes, you may love this formula! It's also designed for those who have lash extensions, which I also occasionally love to do. 

4. Victoria Beckham Posh Gloss - I didn't think I could actually love a clear gloss this much but boy, did VB change my mind! This clear gloss is reminiscent of the super-glossy thick 90's clear lip glosses BUT this formula feels like a balm! It feels instantly nourishing, smooth, hydrating, and balmy! While there are many balmy gloss formulas, they don't deliver nearly as intense and glassy of a shine as this gloss! This gloss is like a nostalgic throwback for me but removing the annoying discomfort of the sticky and tacky texture of old 90's glosses. This gloss feels as luscious and luxurious as it looks! I can't wait for the brand to release more shades because this formula is phenomenal! I guess it's time to clean out my gloss drawer... haha

5. Lisa Eldridge Liquid Lurex Eyeshadows - These sparkling liquid eyeshadows are richly pigmented and contain a complex sparkle! While there are many products like this one, nothing quite beats this buildable and easy-to-use formula. The pigment builds really nicely, they layer on top of one another and other eyeshadows easily, and they look so multidimensional on the eyes! These liquid eyeshadows are truly effortless, they blend and apply so easily. With fingers or a brush, you can get the look you're trying to achieve easily. These eyeshadow look so expensive and luxurious on the eyes! I highly recommend them! 

6. First Aid Beauty Hydrating Eye Cream with Hyaluronic Acid - New to the FAB range and my skincare routine, this eye cream became a fast favorite! This eye cream contains hyaluronic acid, caffeine, and colloidal oatmeal. It makes it so deeply hydrating, tightening, and brightening! I love using it in the mornings to really hydrate and wake up my under eyes. The eye cream is super lightweight and feels more like a serum because it has a gel texture. I really adore this formula and I know it will work for all skin types! 

7. Dior Prestige La Micro-Huile de Rose Advanced Serum - This luxurious serum contains little micro-pearls of nutrient-rich oil suspended in a potent oil. This serum utilizes the power of Rose de Granville to create a double concentrated serum that revitalizes and deeply nourishes the skin. This formula gives my skin an instant glow and plumps my skin. It makes my skin look so healthy and youthful! It only looks better over prolonged use. You really don't need much but this serum delivers a stunning finish to the skin. It also feels so luxurious while using this serum! While this serum is very expensive, I am definitely considering buying another bottle when I finish it. 

8. Augustinus Bader Leave-In Hair Treatment - This hair serum is a powerful game-changer for me! While the bottle is tiny, you don't need much and it significantly smooths and softens the texture of the hair. This serum combined with the oil has given me the best blowout ever! Despite my hair being color-treated and dry, this serum deeply nourishes it and protects it from heat styling! It makes my hair silky-smooth and shiny! This lightweight serum is unlike any leave-in hair treatment I have ever tried! It feels like a very advanced formula that really repairs and treats the hair, instead of disguising damage or just making the hair extra greasy. If you're looking for something that goes beyond haircare, this is it! I'm really impressed with this formula and it makes the high price worth it! 

9. Augustinus Bader Hair Oil - This oil is incredibly lightweight but is also incredibly nourishing! I have rarely come across a hair oil that feels this light but delivers so much hydration and nourishment! I love using it in damp hair before styling because I find it helps my hair dry faster with less frizz and it helps me get a smoother blowout or air dry. This hair oil gives me the silkiest blowout ever and it maintains that silky texture long after it's been styled! When I use it after I style my hair, my hair has the shiniest, healthiest, and smoothest finish to it! It smooths away any additional flyaways, leaves my hair so touchable, and it makes it less likely to knot up. By far, this is the BEST hair oil I have ever tried! While pricey, you only need a tiny bit and it works so well! 

10. Kilian Angels Share - I always look for a warm and cozy fragrance for fall and winter and this one is the perfect one for these cold months! This fragrance notes of cognac, cinnamon, tonka bean, oak, praline, vanilla, and sandalwood. It is sweet, delicious, and oh, so, cozy! It feels like being wrapped in a sweater made of a boozy dessert. The bottle is a stunning mimic of luxurious glassware and it makes the fragrance feel even more luxurious and special. When I reach for this fragrance, I am instantly transported to thoughts of an old fashioned in my hand, wrapped in my favorite cozy sweater, and sitting by the fireplace. This is a fragrance I will be enjoying long into the winter months!
