I don't think it's a secret that I LOOOOVE the Victoria Beckham Beauty Lipsticks! I have a full review of almost all the shades from the initial release in 2020. I am so excited to see a shade extension for this range because it is by far, one of my favorite luxury lipstick collections. These new shades definitely help fill in some gaps in the original collection with more universally flattering and wearable shades. I was very kindly gifted these lipsticks from Victoria Beckham Beauty but even if I was not gifted these, I would have bought them myself. As always, my review will always be honest and my true thoughts. 

The Victoria Beckham Beauty Posh Lipstick retails for $38.00 USD and is available at Victoria Beckham Beauty. These lipsticks are stunningly packaged in a very slim, sleek, and skinny tube. The tubes have a really nice weight to them and they have the iconic VVB tortoiseshell pattern. 

SHADES

These lipsticks now come in 13 different shades, ranging from very light nude to deep berry. This shade range is beautiful but it definitely needed the four new shades that were just added. These four new shades are just as wearable and universal as the other shades in the range.

Twist - This shade is a creamy neutral peach with a pink tone. This is a great nude shade for a wide variety of skin tones because it isn't too pale and the peachy-pink tone works for everyone.

Spark - This shade is a flattering cool medium pink. This shade is close to a my-lips-but-better shade for many people. It is a great everyday lip color, good for the office, or for a wedding.

Jump - This shade is a cool medium pink with a purple undertone. This is a very wearable way of wearing a purple-toned lip and will compliment most skin tones.

Fire - This shade is a warm orange-red that actually leans quite coral. This shade is quite unique and will look striking on every skin tone. The orange tone really complements a warm skin tone but really anyone can wear this shade.

FORMULA 

I love the shape and size of these lipsticks because whether you have big, plump lips or small, thin lips; you can easily swipe on this lipstick with precision. You can really trace and fill the lips with minimal effort. You don't need a mirror because the tip is small and easy to control, evenly blindly. I wouldn't recommend using it without a mirror because this formula is pigmented! Very pigmented! 

One swipe gives you a lot of pigment and can be built to be fully opaque. This formula takes several swipes to be fully opaque, which makes this formula very versatile. You can wear it sheerer or you can get full color. These lipsticks don't stain the lips, which you can consider a good or bad thing. If you like a long-lasting color, you may like a lip color that stains but the issue with lipsticks are that they often stain unevenly, and once the lipstick wears away, you have patchy areas. These lipsticks may not wear as long but they do feel extremely comfortable and wear away evenly. I would say these wear for about three to five hours, depending on how much you're eating or drinking. 

Like I said, the formula is very comfortable. It has a very smooth, creamy, and slightly balmy texture. It feels like a hybrid between a sheer glossy lip color and a creamy opaque lipstick. These feel very smooth and nourishing on the lips. If you have dry lips, this formula will hydrate and nourish your lips in about 15 minutes. These lipsticks will smooth out any texture, lines, and dryness. This is what I love about this formula! There's really no need to prep your lips too much because these have lip balm properties with the pigmented look of lipstick! 

The finish is glossy and creamy, which I would consider very universally flattering for all ages and skin types. This is definitely a formula for those with dry lips and mature skin because it is so forgiving on lines and texture. It really makes your lips look healthy and full. While this formula doesn't last an incredibly long time due to its comfortable texture, it actually is only short of a regular cream lipstick wear time by an hour or two. This really depends on how much you're eating and drinking while the lipstick is on. These will last about three to five hours on the lips before fading or requiring touch-ups. 

FINAL THOUGHTS 

These lipsticks are the epitome of luxury and they are a formula I am constantly reaching for! They just glide on so effortlessly and smooths over any texture on the lips so nicely. The formula hydrates and plumps out lip lines, making my lips look so luscious and full. This is easily one of the most universally flattering formulas out there. This is a formula everyone can appreciate and enjoy. It feels extremely luxurious, from the beautiful packaging to the luscious formula! Honestly, this is easily one of my favorite lipstick formulas of all time. I love reaching for these, they often live in my handbag, and they are a formula that I will recommend again and again. They may not last an incredibly long time but they are so comforting and nourishing I don't even care. I think you'll feel the same when you try this formula out. These are a formula I have purchased myself and I will continue to purchase in the future. I can't recommend these lipsticks enough!
