So I have always been a HUGE fan of Malie Organics scrubs! Their body scrubs are my favorite ones out there, you can read my review on them here. When they started moving toward the skincare game, I knew I was going to fall in love with this product! Thank you Malie Organics for sending the beautiful scrub to me!
The Malie Organics Botany Beauty Cleansing Polish retails for $49.00 USD and is available at Malie Organics. This Botany Beauty collection is all housed in come luxurious frosted glass packaging with gold details. The jar is heavy with a gold lid and it just looks stunning sitting on your vanity or bathroom counter. I has a kind of jelly-like consistency with little bits of cranberry seed throughout for exfoliating. I find I need very little to get the job done and it feels abrasive but also very gentle. I would not consider this exfoliator to be harsh.

Anyways, the Cleansing Polish contains cranberry seeds as the primary physical exfoliator. The seeds are the perfect amount of abrasiveness for me! I love an abrasive scrub but when it comes to your face, you want it to be a bit more gentle because you don't want to damage or tear the skin. This is abrasive enough to really get deep into the pores and take off stubborn flakes or dead skin but still quite gentle so it doesn't hurt and damage the skin. The cranberry seeds are also vitamin and antioxidant packed to help promote youthful and healthy skin. Cranberry is also very detoxifying, which really helps your skin get into a very healthy condition.
Also included in the formula is Hibiscus Flower and Olive Seed Powder to help firm and tighten the skin. Hibiscus flower is known as "The Botox Plant" because it is packed with so many natural anti-aging actives! It has the power to inhibit an enzyme that causes the breakdown of the elasticity in our skin, keeping out skin healthy and maintaining the youthful bounce in our skin. It's rich in antioxidants, which prevents and fights environmental and free-radical damage to the skin. Hibiscus flower also contains a natural AHA, an acid to help exfoliate and bring radiance to the skin. It also has the ability to maintain moisture levels on the skin.
Olive seed is also rich in antioxidants and vitamins to keep the skin healthy and to prevent signs of ageing. It also helps improve the exfoliating process my gently going deep into pores and removing dirt and dead skin cells. It treats acne very well by removing excess oil from the face and working as a anti-bacterial agent. Olive seed is also nourishing and rich in oils that doesn't clog pores.
Also included in this scrub are Rhubarb and Tangerine Extracts, which work as a natural astringent to cleanse, tone, and condition the skin. Rhubarb is also packed with antioxidants that helps fight signs of ageing and boosts collagen production. Because of the natural toning properties, it can minimized redness, inflammations, and acne. Tangerine Extracts are also known for the same acne, inflammation, and redness reducing properties but on top of that it is also packed with vitamin c. Vitamin C is a big ingredient for brightening and lightening sun damage and pigmentation in the skin.

Then I go in with the Hydrsol Facial Tonic (review here) to add a boost of moisture to my face and allow my Illuminating Serum to sink in better and give me a beautiful healthy glow! For added glow and hydration, I finish my skincare routine off with the Illuminating Moisturizer (full review here).
