This year has come at me full force and with a recent job change at the beginning of this year came a lot of new stress. I feel like I have had even less time to commit to the blog, though I'm trying. I was very happy when Dermalogica reached out me to try out their new Stress Positive Eye Lift! This new eye treatment is a rejuvenating eye mask that reduces signs of stress! Definitely something I needed lately! As we all know, our body takes stress pretty hard and it really starts to show in your eyes. Bags and dark circles form pretty quickly when stress takes a toll on your body.

I have never tried Dermalogica products before, though I have heard a lot of good things about their skincare line. This being my first product, I am VERY impressed my the line! The Stress Positive Eye Lift comes in a squeeze tube with a metal tip applicator. The applicator is so nice and cooling on the eye area. The applicator's size and shape is perfect for under the eyes and spreads the product evenly. You really only need a small dot of this product for each eye because it's gel texture spreads out very well. You just leave it on for a couple minutes and blend in the remaining. It's a perfect eye prep before concealer. 

The gel is SO cooling and feels very nice! Its very soothing but also moisturizing without being greasy or heavy. The cooling sensation last for a while and it very quickly depuffs my eyes. I'm the kind of person who, regardless of how much sleep I get or how little I am stressed, still wakes up with puffy eyes. This product is a miracle in the morning! I use night and day and it really helps with the puffiness and darkness. The gel is very gentle and I have had no problems with irritation or stinging around the eyes. I have been using it for the past 3 weeks or so and I have seen such a great improvement in my under eye area! 

Overall, I highly recommend this product! It feels so good on your eyes and it really does work to depuff and reduce darkness! I love how light and moisturizing it feels, It really preps my eye area for concealer. If you have issues with puffiness and dark circles, this product is a MUST! I have struggled to find an eye cream that truly depuffs and doesn't just cool and soothe the area. Dermalogica has really created a very innovative and effective product and I am looking forward to trying other products from their line! If you have any recommendations, I would really appreciate it!
